You reserve the right to return the order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received it.<\/span><\/p>

To make a return, you must first contact us (electronically or by phone) to begin the return process.<\/span><\/p>

All our products are checked qualitatively & quantitatively before each shipment.<\/span><\/p>

The customer undertakes to make quality and quantitative control, as the product is in case (fragile) to be damaged during transport, then we must inform our company by email or phone as soon as possible or within 24 hours of receipt and if it is photos can be sent.<\/span><\/p>

In the rare case in which, with proven fault of our company, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, etc. then we take full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost, as well as the shipping costs.<\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In case<\/span> wrong choice of product or design, the customer is charged with\u00a0<\/b><\/span>return and resend costs.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>

Any color differences between the product and the photo are not\u00a0<\/span>fault<\/span> and<\/span> possibly<\/span> to<\/span> due<\/span> at<\/span> conditions<\/span> lighting<\/span> against<\/span> the\u00a0<\/span>photograph or color rendering of your screen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer in this case as well\u00a0<\/span>exercising the right of withdrawal. The Company will do its best to replace the product you returned whether the product is defective or the wrong code has been sent.
