SHIPPING METHODS

Year Delivery
Delivery times depend on product availability. For most products in our online store, the delivery time is calculated between 5 and 10 working days.

Shipping by Courier
Small volume products are sent by ELTA Courier.
Shipping charges: 6,00€ to 2 kilos.
Additional charge per kilo: 1,50€ to 10 kilos.
Charge above 10 kilos: 1,50€ per kilo.
✰ Additional Courier Services
Delivery at a Preset Time: +4,00€.
Delivery Saturday: +4,00€.
Cash on delivery option: 3,00€.

✰ The total shipping cost is calculated based on the final weight of the order. (Low Shipping Cost 6,00€).
✰ It is recommended for orders over 10 kg to choose the shipping method with a Transport Agency due to cost.
✰ Bulky items, regardless of their weight, are only shipped with a nationwide Shipping Agency.

Shipping with Transport Agency
Orders sent through a Transport Agency will be carried out at the headquarters of the Transport Company or upon agreement for the delivery location with an extra charge.
For the execution of the orders that will be sent with a Transport Agency, payment is required either through a bank deposit or with the use of a credit-debit card, as not cash on delivery is possible.
The fee is charged to the recipient for each parcel, depending on the Agency and the volume of the parcel.
For remote areas, the parcel will be picked up from the nearest Transport Agency or after consultation from the desired point.
For deliveries through a Transport Agency not the indicated delivery times (5-10 working days) apply.
