PRODUCT RETURNS

You reserve the right to return the order within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you received it.

To make a return, you must first contact us (electronically or by phone) to begin the return process.

All our products are checked qualitatively & quantitatively before each shipment.

The customer undertakes to make quality and quantitative control, as the product is in case (fragile) to be damaged during transport, then we must inform our company by email or phone as soon as possible or within 24 hours of receipt and if it is photos can be sent.

In the rare case in which, with proven fault of our company, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in receiving the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, etc. then we take full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost, as well as the shipping costs.

In case wrong choice of product or design, the customer is charged with return and resend costs.

Any color differences between the product and the photo are not fault and possibly to due at conditions lighting against the photograph or color rendering of your screen.

Not are made accepted returns products where constituted object special (handmade) order. Returns in this case are accepted only in a proven quality problem.

Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer in this case as well exercising the right of withdrawal. Returned products must are in the received condition, complete and without damage and the packing their to is she where normally accompanies the product, in excellent condition, accompanied necessarily from the relevant statement with all the documents accompanying the product (eg receipt) retail). In any other case the customer loses the right to change or return product even if the return is for initial reasons fault of the company. The return process will be done only with the same courier or shipping company with which the product was first shipped, otherwise it will not is accepted.

Replacement

The Company will do its best to replace the product you returned whether the product is defective or the wrong code has been sent. For the best possible service, we suggest, within 2 working days from the date of receipt, to inform us either by phone or by e-mail about the desire to replace it. In case the replacement is not possible due to the unavailability of the requested product, we will contact you offering you alternatives.
